Success Profiler - The most critical component of developing an effective hiring management strategy is specifying the behaviors and skills that define superior achievement of job objectives. The Success Profiler wizard rapidly identifies knowledge, skills, abilities and behaviors associated with a target job and translates these into a concise and easy to understand profile of the ideal person specification. This on-line wizard allows the hiring manager or HR professional to quickly review hundreds of job titles organized into 23 major job families. The profile, once reviewed updates the system in real time to capture all the current or future demands of the target job. The Job Profile wizard allows organizations to dynamically update and keep all job descriptions current and relevant to organizational objectives.
Assessment Profiler - Built-in scientific selection research methodology differentiates this module from conventional resume scanning approaches of identifying the ‘ideal’ job candidate. Navient’s assessment wizard is populated with a proprietary database of job relevant and valid assessment instruments. Managers and/or HR professionals can quickly identify tests and screening tools developed by I/O psychologists that assess candidates on critical and essential job elements
