Jobs: Contains a company specific database of job profiles and job openings. Additionally this component manages the entire job requisition and tracking process for all job openings in the company

Success Profiles: The DNA of the hiring event. All the information related to specific job profiles within the company. Each success profile contains the person specification detailed by knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors required to perform the tasks associated with each job profile. Hiring managers and recruiters may review each success profile and adapt it to according to company policy to suit the specific requirements of a new job opening. The system delivers only applicants who meet the criteria contained with the success profile.

Assessment: Contains psychometric based tests, Ph.D. certified and approved for use with the company database of jobs, including behavioral questionnaires, ability tests, skills tests, keyboard skills tests and knowledge tests.
